2022 Dues and Payment schedule

The Board of Directors of County Club Hills Recreation Corporation (“CCH Pool”) has adopted this Fee Schedule for the Dues Year that commences on January 1, 2022:

New Membership Initiation Fee* $450.00, due and payable as follows:

·      With New Application $150.00

·      With First Renewal $150.00

·      With Second Renewal $150.00

*New members who choose to pay the initiation fee in full the first year, will pay a discounted rate of $400.00.

2022 Annual Pool Dues for Members (for all New and Renewal Memberships):

·      Household of 1 $315.00

·      Household of 2 $405.00

·      Household of 3 or more $565.00

·      Senior Household of 1: $255.00**

·      Senior Household of 2: $320.00**

**In order to qualify for Senior Membership the youngest adult in the membership must be at least 65 years of age.  Senior membership is limited to no more than two adults.  Other relatives or associates will be treated as guests and subject to all rules and applicable fees.

·      Late Fee for Renewal Applications $ 50.00 (if received after May 1, 2022)

Existing Member Inactivation Fee for 2022

$130.00 Payment in lieu of Annual Pool Dues: Inactive Members have no voting rights and no Facilities use rights before renewing. Inactivation avoids Suspension and holds right to renew for 2023. If not paid by May 1 Deadline, add Late Fee of $50.

Suspended Member Reinstatement Fee

$ 75.00/yr This fee applies if the renewal or Inactivation application and all associated payments are not received by the Deadline to Avoid Suspension. (If delinquency persists for more than one season, multiply Reinstatement Fee by number of delinquent seasons.) Reinstatement is subject to space availability.

Guest Fees

Guests must be accompanied by a Member, using a current season guest pass or upon payment of a $5 non-refundable fee at the gate.

Members who pay their Annual Dues by April 15, 2022, will receive 10 complimentary 2022 guest passes.

Guest passes have no cash value and expire at the end of the season in which they are issued.

Deadlines for Renewing Members

  • May 1, 2022 – Deadline to avoid Late Fee

Submit completed 2022 renewal or Inactivation application and all payments by this Deadline or a $50 Late Fee will apply.

  • May 15, 2022 – Deadline to avoid Suspension

Submit completed 2022 renewal or Inactivation application and all payments due (including Late Fee) by this Deadline or your Membership will be Suspended. The Corporation may issue a Season Pass against your Suspended Membership. This could result in your inability to reinstate during the current pool season.
